Last night I finally got to see The 1975 play! I bought the tickets back in December as a Christmas gift for me and my girl Steph. It was sold out and absolutely incredible. If you haven’t heard of them yet definitely go check them out.
(Oh and my top is from LF and my shorts are Mink Pink)

This weekend I had the pleasure of attending one of my dear friends weddings! It was one of the most gorgeous weddings I have ever seen. It was held at The Moore Building in Miami. Being that the wedding was black tie, I wanted to make sure I dressed to impress so I went with the gorgeous black mermaid Badgley Mischka gown. But i’ll let you guys in on a little secret- I rented the runway! Instead of dropping a couple hundred on a dress I was only going to wear for a few hours, I decided to use this fabulous little website called Rent The Runway! They carry every designer you could ever think of and you can rent a dress for any event for a fraction of the price! You just put in when your event is and they make sure they have the dress you requested available for those dates. You can choose between 4 or 8 day rentals and they send it directly to your front door (along with a second additional size- free of charge!) in this cute package. They even give you the packaging all stamped and ready for you to send back! It was a great experience and I will definitely be using them in the future!

When I’m not busy blogging for you guys, I have an actual day job (well night job). I’ve been a bartender at The Dubliner for a little over three years now (how else do you think I can afford to buy all these shoes?!). We always are doing fun stuff and this month we are having a HUGE breast cancer event! If you live in the south Florida area definitely come hang out with us on Thursday, October 24th! There’s gonna be complimentary hors d’oeuvres, drink specials, games and prizes. But the best part is the HUMAN AUCTION! Yes ladies, we are auctioning off the men of the Dubliner to you! All of the proceeds are going to the Susan G. Komen foundation. The event is from 8pm-2am so you have no excuse not to stop by! Even if it’s just for one very pink glittery drink! It’s going to be a good time!
Last night I got to go see one of my favorite people, my hairstylist (and good friend) Julia! She used me as a hair model for a demo at her salon during a event they were having last night. I got to pretend I had big hair with the new type of extensions called the Halo. There was entirely too much wine involved. Julia has been doing my hair for years now and I don’t let anyone else lay a finger on my pretty little head. Hopefully we’ll get the ball rolling on a collaboration between us soon. In the mean time check out the salon she’s at, Muse and like them on Facebook!
